Rain rain rain. To this date, I think there have only been two sunny nice weekends since I came here. It seems like the weather always becomes rainy just in time for the weekend. That changes this week though, it rained Friday-Today, and although only light showers are forecasted for tomrrow, the rest of the 10 day forecast consists of thundershowers. Great..

So I decided to try to upgrade the Class of 2008 website. It turns out about 6 new versions had come out that I had ignored. I was supposed to upgrade them one at a time, but I didn’t really care so i tried upgrading from 1 to 6. Whoops, site doesn’t work any more. Well I backed up the data but only the pictures were important. I think I’m gonna redesign the site. Hopefully no Iranian Hackers will get into it.

While I was breaking the school website, I also minorly broke my own. Tried to test something out for school and my site became sluggish. Oops. Finally I tried to put up an exec board system for URCG and that gave lots of warnings that would be emailed to UR ITS people. I figured if they are going to get emails, I should be an official webmaster of the site (instead of just using the old webmaster’s login). I’ll try breaking more websites later this week.

While I was breaking websites I was also watching movies and playing WoW. Then I got hungry and realized I didn’t have any food- so I went to the store. I think I’m finally getting better at this whole “buying food” thing. I even had a good dinner idea- chicken + mashed potatoes + veggies! This plan was abandoned when Jen offered food. Her food was elaborate by my standards- a chicken curry with zuchini and rice. Mmmm no work!

Munich. It was long- 2 hours and 44 minutes. If you didn’t know, the movie is about how this group of terrorists killed some athletes at the Munich olympics. One guy, the main character is given a mission to kill 11 baddies who they blame for this. This is great and all, but the movie moves SLOWLY. I mean SLOW. I kept a tally of how many people they had killed- when we hit about 2 hours and they had only killed something like 5 I was getting pretty bored. Then they mixed it up and added a 12th person to kill. Luckily the guy cracked and only got (spoiler) 6. They also were pretty graphic with all of the killings. Anyways I didn’t devote my full attention to this movie because I also was busy breaking websites.

Enigma. Well I should have made the connection that this was a WW2 film- I remembered Enigma from my history classes and could have even read the back cover. Oops! That said the movie was pretty good. Stupid at parts but at least it was shorter than munich! (It clocked in at about 1hr 50mins)

Level 22. Finishing up some quests. I think I’m done with WC and now I can move onto SFK (just because I say an acronym doesn’t mean I know what it stands for or means or anything, I just know I go there next).
